It is mandatory that Syracuse University post notices describing Federal and State laws pertaining to the workplace. We are required to post conspicuously for employees to view the posters listed below.
Building Coordinators are responsible for ascertaining that these mandatory postings are located in each of their respective buildings. Please make sure that these notices are posted in areas such as lunchrooms, break-rooms, coffee areas, and/or copy rooms.
In order to comply with these laws and regulations, this office will be providing these mandatory notices annually, for most buildings, with an all-in-one poster. Once your posters are up, please send an email to the Equal Opportunity office at EqualOpp@syr.edu and let us know the location of your posters. (e.g. 2nd floor break room). The posters can be found below for those areas that do not receive an all-in-one poster.
